AIR SHOW WATCH PARTY FAQ
This year, Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum will be holding Air Show Watch Parties for all three days of the airshow. The museum will be offering reserved parking and access to our open areas in front the museum for guests watching pleasure. In addition, we are planning to have food trucks, and a Wine/Beer Garden available. Each parking pass includes 4 museum passes and discount opportunities to the Wings & Waves Water Park.
No. There will be no access to the airport except for those who purchase Oregon Air Show passes from the Oregon International Air Show. ALL direct access to the “Air Show” airport grounds will be through the Oregon Air Show gates. “Watch Party” guests at Evergreen will not have access to the airport grounds – by foot or by shuttle.
An advanced purchased Watch Party Parking Pass is $50 for the Friday party and $70 for the Saturday and Sunday parties. Day of show rates will be $90 and $100. Your watch party parking pass includes All-Day Museum Admissions (4 Tickets Included – additional Tickets for $10).
Advanced Watch Party RV parking is $125 @ day or $350 for all three days. RV Passes include 8 Tickets to the Museum. Note that RV parking will be Limited to 20 Spaces.
Your parking pass also includes an opportunity to reserve a discounted pass ($25) to the Wings & Waves water park. (Good only for the same day as your parking reservation).
Guests are allowed to bring their own picnic supplies (food, drinks, camp chairs, blankets, small umbrellas, ice chests, etc. But, keep in mind food and beverages will be available at the watch party.
Your parking pass also includes an opportunity to reserve a discounted pass to the Wings & Waves water park at $19.99 per person. (Good only for the same as your Air Show Watch Party Parking Pass reservation).
Evergreen Museum Members that wish to attend our “Airshow Watch Party” – at the museum – will be given the opportunity to reserve a discounted parking pass and join us to watch the air show from our designated picnic area in front of the museums.

The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum Hours for August 19th thru August 21st are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. The Air Show hours will be from approximately 12:30 PM to 5:00 each day. We allowed extra time to enable you and your guests to enjoy the museum at your leisure and avoid added traffic pressure.
Wings and Waves Waterpark will offer two sessions each day from 9:00 AM – Noon and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM for August 19th, 20th & 21st. The Air Show hours will be from 12:30 PM to 4:00 each day. Waterpark tickets can be purchased as an add on with your Parking or RV Pass.
While we cannot predict traffic issues on Hwy 18, the current flow of traffic to and from the air show will be minimized as ALL access to the air show will controlled.
Air Show Watch Pary guests are advised to proceed to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum by turning north at the Cumulus intersection on Hwy 18.
BE ADVISED – DO NOT follow the “Oregon International Air Show Signs you will see as you approach the museum. Look for the “Watch Party” signs.
No. There is no public access to the airport from the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum campus.
Yes.
Tents, canopies, grills, open flames or large umbrellas ARE NOT allowed in the parking areas.
Seating and outdoor picnicking are restricted to the designated viewing areas on the south side of the museum.
RVs must park in the designated RV Parking (North Lot).
RVs may not enter or exit during the airshow – 12:30 to 4:00 Friday- Saturday – Sunday
The RV parking pass fee covers the entire weekend
Pop outs and towed vehicles are allowed (if adequate space is available).
There are no Hookups, Water, or Dumping Available.
No. In fact tents, canopies, grills, campfires, or large umbrellas are not allowed anywhere on the Evergreen Campus. We do not want to block the view for our other guests.
Yes. We encourage you to bring ice chests, picnic blankets, chairs, food, and water.
No. In addition, no fireworks will be allowed anywhere on the Evergreen Campus.
Yes. In addition to food trucks, wine, beer, and beverage services outdoors, food and beverages will also be the Aviation Museum and the Wings & Waves Water Park.
